Well the IDI is for you!!!

What is the IDI- Its the Intercultural Development Inventory.  After answering a few questions your will be assessed on the Intercultural Development Continuum.

Why is this important you say.  Well I'm glad you asked, because if you answered any of the questions above yes, you could be on your way to developing a plan that is developed just for you. That plan will help you work towards intercultural competence in a process that is self-reflective, and intentional!

A few things to keep in mind!

• When you take the test- answer each question honestly and openly
• Make the commitment- You can read a book, attend educational classes, travel and much more!
